Duvella- Terms of Service

 

Duvella is an online store operated by Luukas Liimatainen, an independent seller based in Finland. Duvella is not currently registered as a limited company or under a Finnish Business ID (Y-tunnus); annual turnover is below the threshold requiring VAT registration, so no VAT is added to prices.

Section 1 - Orders and Contract

By placing an order on this website, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We confirm the contract by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability - in which case you will be refunded in full.

 

Section 2 - Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) depending on your selected region, and do not include VAT, as we are not currently VAT-registered. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment providers (credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, MobilePay, and other methods shown at checkout).

 

Section 3 - Shipping

Products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

 

Section 4 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, in accordance with our Return Policy. Please contact us at the email above to start a return.

 

Section 5 - Product Descriptions

We aim to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance, for example due to photography or screen settings, do not constitute a defect.

 

Section 6 - Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Duvella is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

 

Section 7 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumers may also have rights under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

 

Section 8 - Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
