Duvella- Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship to Finland, all European Union countries, and the United States.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

 

Delivery time

Products ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Finland: approximately 4-15 business days

European Union: approximately 6-15 business days

United States: approximately 5-13 business days

 

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be longer due to customs processing or carrier delays.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is currently free to Finland, the EU, and the United States.

 

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Customs and duties

The shipping methods we use are selected to avoid separate customs charges on delivery wherever possible. In rare cases, local customs authorities may still apply charges depending on your country's regulations; these would be your responsibility.
